The City Beach Surf Club Building & Commercial Redevelopment involved the demolition of the existing Surf Life Saving Club and construction of a new Surf Club Building along with three food & beverage tenancies at City Beach.
The new Courthouse provides facilities for a circuiting Magistrate to service the Fitzroy Valley area.
The new Courthouse building is integrated with the adjacent WAPOL police station, and includes Magistrate Court, administration areas, Communications room, Magistrates Chambers, public waiting areas and Interview Rooms.
The Ellenbrook Wetlands project which was commissioned by the Swan River Trust comprised the construction of one of WA’s largest man-made wetlands. The purpose was to impede river pollution before the stream entered the Swan and Canning Riverpark.
